Under the guidance of General Contractor, LeChase Construction services, this 500 SF high end guard house with porte-cochere.  After you pass this structure, a winding half mile entrance road guides you to the main hotel at Bailey Lake at the renowned Kutchers Resort.

As an added value to the customer, Collier Construction provided carpentry assistance for the prominent Glu-Lam hotel entrances for Timber Systems
